The closure of TaskHuman is sad news. You may have been at the beginning, middle or end of your coaching programme and left feeling confused and out of sorts. You may be a coach now with lost income and connections. Either way, I am here to support you.
This 50 minute session can be used in whatever way you want. It may be enough, or you may wish to move forward with a coaching plan. Either way, I'm here to support you so please take advantage of this session.
This extended format allows time to think well. It supports you in recalibrating goals in a way that honours both ambition and capacity.

Behaviour drivers are ways in which we respond to challenge or stress. They are subconscious attempts to behave in ways that will gain us the recognition we need from others. Used to stimulate awareness, our driver behaviours can guide us toward successful living and working. However, when under stress, we may go too far to obey the driver, leading to an unresourceful stress response which can eventually lead to more stress.
Upon learning about the behaviour drivers and your primary drivers, you'll gain valuable insight into when these behaviours show up more often, in what contexts you are most resourceful, and the types of situations where you fall into stress behaviour.
These insights can be helpful for personal and professional growth. By stimulating this kind of self-awareness you will begin to develop strategies for managing stress and anxiety, improve communication and interpersonal relationships at work and in your personal life.

In-person Nature Therapy Session - Only for previously paid sessions

This intervention is for those who:
• feel low, stressed, anxious, or burned out;
• suffer from climate anxiety;
• feel unable to think clearly or make decisions;
• feel stuck in undesirable patterns of behaviour or negative thought;
• experience poor sleep or low energy throughout the day;
• want to feel deeper connections and improve communication;
• want to feel physically better and happier.
Your personal programme is carefully crafted with regular 1:1 coaching and forest therapy sessions that include elements of mindfulness, somatic support, sensory immersion, social engagement, coaching, eco-therapy, sound therapy, ecology, neuroscience, NLP, and other therapeutic modalities. Plus, you will have written activities and solo nature-engagement experiences in between sessions. Upon completion you’ll receive an ongoing nature-based wellbeing plan plus six weeks of additional phone and email support.
This programme runs over 8 weeks. Your time investment includes 12 hours of nature therapy and natural coaching, 9 hours self-guided nature-based activities, additional time for natural observations (journaling), and 1 ½ hours of follow-up phone calls with your coach and guide and email support for the six weeks following the programme.

An amazing coach and person. She customizes a plan for growth, gives tools, shows that I am more than I realize.
