Behaviour drivers are ways in which we respond to challenge or stress. They are subconscious attempts to behave in ways that will gain us the recognition we need from others. Used to stimulate awareness, our driver behaviours can guide us toward successful living and working. However, when under stress, we may go too far to obey the driver, leading to an unresourceful stress response which can eventually lead to more stress.
Upon learning about the behaviour drivers and your primary drivers, you'll gain valuable insight into when these behaviours show up more often, in what contexts you are most resourceful, and the types of situations where you fall into stress behaviour.
These insights can be helpful for personal and professional growth. By stimulating this kind of self-awareness you will begin to develop strategies for managing stress and anxiety, improve communication and interpersonal relationships at work and in your personal life.

No two sessions are alike.

This intervention is for those who:
• feel low, stressed, anxious, or burned out;
• suffer from climate anxiety;
• feel unable to think clearly or make decisions;
• feel stuck in undesirable patterns of behaviour or negative thought;
• experience poor sleep or low energy throughout the day;
• want to feel deeper connections and improve communication;
• want to feel physically better and happier.
Your personal programme is carefully crafted with regular 1:1 coaching and forest therapy sessions that include elements of mindfulness, somatic support, sensory immersion, social engagement, coaching, eco-therapy, sound therapy, ecology, neuroscience, NLP, and other therapeutic modalities. Plus, you will have written activities and solo nature-engagement experiences in between sessions. Upon completion you’ll receive an ongoing nature-based wellbeing plan plus six weeks of additional phone and email support.
This programme runs over 8 weeks. Your time investment includes 12 hours of nature therapy and natural coaching, 9 hours self-guided nature-based activities, additional time for natural observations (journaling), and 1 ½ hours of follow-up phone calls with your coach and guide and email support for the six weeks following the programme.

Forest bathing is a beautiful self-care experience that will reset your nervous system for true rest and relaxation.
About Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku)
Forest bathing is the Japanese well-being practice of letting nature into our body through our senses. In Japan it is known as shinrin-yoku which translates ‘to bathe in the atmosphere of the forest’ or Forest Bathing.
Forest bathing is different from any other type of nature walk. Gentle walks of around 1-1½ kilometers (½-1 mile) last about 1 1/2 hours. Guided sessions offer experiences that support the awakening of your senses which reduce the static of your inner voice allow you to be present and help you establish a deeper connection to nature.
The psychological and physical benefits of forest bathing include:
• reduced stress and anxiety
• lower blood pressure and heart rate
• reduced inflammation
• improved cardiac and pulmonary function
• increased focus
• enhanced mood
• reduced mental and physical pain
Each walk offers a different blend of mindfulness and meditative invitations fun and sometimes interactive activities like Earth Art Music Making Nature Music from our Sound Lab or a Tea Ceremony.

If the event holder has to cancel (severe weather or the event does not meet the minimum number of participants) participants have the choice of refunding the ticket price less a £2.50 admin fee or transferring the ticket to another event date (see below conditions).
If participants miss an event, a refund is not given however, if we receive a 48-hour notice of their inability to attend, they are able to transfer to another event date.
In all cases, ticket transfers are only accepted if:
• There is space at the alternate date,
• The alternate event is held within six months from the original date, and
• Attendance is requested within 7 days of the alternate event date.
